They are developing strategies and deploy the resources to deliver on it. Connie graduated from the University of Finance and Economics and went to the US for further studies. Roger graduated from Donghua University. Connie Cao & Roger Huang started the business together and got married in the early days of the company.

Connie Cao & Roger Huang work as part of a team to lead the company in operations and plan for the future. They create and execute business strategies, introduce policies and ensure the company reaches the goals. They are responsible for directing a company's operations and managing every aspects of company. Excellent skills in communicating and encouraging others, possess good coaching skills. Their ability to think beyond immediate challenges and focus on a visionary future exemplifies the importance of this mindset.

Katie Xi, who joined the company in 2006. Having joined in the second year since the company was founded. After graduating from BA degree course, she works for the company and she has overseen all operations, including factories in China and overseas since 2018.

As the second in command to the CEOs, Katie provides leadership and management skills to keep the company runs smoothly and efficiently. She ensures the people, process, administration and operational controls are in place to achieve financial strength and operating efficiency. Katie plays a significant role in leading and driving the company towards the vision.

Outside of work, Katie is enthusiastic about improving her dancing skill.

Grace Li, Chief financial Officer, who joined the company in 2007. She worked as a financial manager in a Japanese company in her early years.

Now she has in charge of the finance and shipping departments. Grace is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company.

She utilizes strategic planning, financial management skills, and leadership abilities to manage the company’s finances and drive business growth.

Mark Huang, Chief Technical Officer, responsible for production and technical issues, who joined the company in 2018. He has many years of on-site experience in China factories for US brands, establishing all processes of the Bangladesh factories.

Mark is responsible for all production links of the company. He has excellent skill to solve all the problems that arise in the process about technical.

In addition, he helps on improvement of IE. Mark is capable of making company-wide decisions regarding technical. He is well-informed about the latest technology, innovative, and has leadership skills to run all technical aspects of company.

Easy Sun, who joined the company in 2017, is the Design Manager and is responsible for the development of all the company's brands.

Having studied Fashion Design and Textile, Easy plays a key role across various departments, ensuring that creative ideas come to life in a practical way. She acts as a bridge between artistic vision and functional design, keeping the teams aligned and projects on track.

Easy brings a great understanding of customer trends and applies all the lessons learnt from her extensive experience into design and sourcing.

She has sufficient experience from development to bulk production. She understands very well the culture of Bangladesh and China. Qin is multifaceted and important to act as a link between creativity and practicality, who is responsible for delivering stylish and functional garments that align with market trends as per the business goals.

Qin has excellent skills encompass which includes leadership, teamwork, market analysis, and efficient coordination, which are the most important for the organizational growth. Qin always applies her product knowledge and experience to enhance the maximum value to the company.

Sandy Wu, Chief Human Resources Officer, who joined the company in 2006 and has many years of administrative management experience in the US head office in Shanghai.

She is responsible for daily operations and COC factory inspections. Sandy has excellent experience in recruiting right people for the company.

She leads the Human Resources department, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talents. Ensuring the company has a strong workforce to achieve the goals and manage employee relations, benefits, and training.
